A long time ago, my friend from high school posted a photo of her with this cute guy.  I wrote to her saying, “hey Em! If you and this guy end up getting engaged, I’ll shoot your engagement photos.” Well, lo and behold! They finally ended up getting engaged, and I got to take them out for their engagement session! We decided to go to Saint Cloud, MN because that’s where they both attended college. We explored a bit around his college campus and then went to a county park.  I was 38 weeks pregnant, and Dave was so sweet and carried my gear everywhere we went.  What a keeper! Em, ya did good! Also, thanks again Dave!

After we were finished shooting, we hiked back to the car only to see that we had been locked INSIDE the park.  The gate was closed, and we had to call the Saint Cloud police department to come let us out. We ended up waiting for nearly an hour for them to show up.  It was an adventure, that is for sure! In the end, I was able to spend a lot of quality time with the two of them, and I can’t complain about that.  It was a super great evening (minus the crabby cop part, but Dave was eventually able to get out of the citation, so even that wasn’t so bad). Anyway, these two are great, and extremely good looking, and now I’ll stop talking and you can see some of their pictures…
